Judgment In The Great Tribulation

Judgment In The Great Tribulation

Introduction

Many people are afraid to read the Book of Revelation because of the horrible things presented there. There is much to think about and reflect upon. But, God purposely tells us what is going to happen with these judgments for a specific reason. This was revealed to the apostle John so he could pass it on down to us. The intensity and severity of the judgments was put there for our benefit. God wants us to have all of this information and also for us to pass on to other people. The world has never seen anything like what shall take place during the Great Tribulation, not before nor ever again! The intensity, severity and magnitude of these events shall be horrifying. I believe many of these events will be worldwide, while others will be only in Israel.

The Judgments and Wrath of God

There will 3 sets of judgments that will come upon the earth during the last 7 years. Some of these judgments will be allowed by God, the rest will come directly from His Hand. These 3 sets of judgments will occur in successive order. They are called: The Seal Judgments; The Trumpet Judgments; and The Bowl Judgments. There are 7 judgments within each of the 3 specific set of judgments.

If there is a Rapture, as I truly believe there shall be, it shall remove TRUE believers in Christ off of the Earth BEFORE these judgments start. These judgments are specifically for the rebellious and nonbelievers . . . hardened sinners. When you read what is going to happen, the first question you will ask is WHY? Why will God go to such an extreme measure to allow and cause this type of massive destruction on this Earth?

Please consider that God gives people multiple chances to turn to Him and they will not! Pro.29:1 He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. God will finally give up trying after so long
(2 Chron.30;7; Ps.81:12; Rom.1:24,26,28). Unless a person is born again into the family of God (John 1:12-13; 3;3-9; 1 John 5:10-12), they will NOT be removed from the Earth at the Rapture (1 Thes.4:13-18). They shall be susceptible to all the horrible judgments spoken of in the Book of Revelation. There shall be millions who do turn to Christ during the Tribulation period, but the vast majority shall be martyred for the cause of Christ.

It is NOT God’s desire that anyone should perish (2 Pet. 3:9) into Hell, but He will NEVER force anyone to accept Him and His gift of eternal salvation through His Son Jesus. But, He will go to extreme lengths with the judgments to try and get some of these hardened and rebellious sinners to repent and turn to Him. When these judgments are finally over, and Jesus returns for the second time, there will be NO second chance for anyone! If they don't accept Jesus BEFORE He comes back, their final fate will be sealed for eternity in the Lake of Fire.

Many Christians who get saved during the Tribulation will be killed by Antichrist. The persecution and bloodshed caused by Satan, the Antichrist and the unbelieving world will be so bad, that God will release His wrath upon all of these wicked people. Only if you can understand how evil people will be during this horrific time, can you fully understand and appreciate WHY God is going to release such severe judgments upon the Earth. As intense and horrifying as these judgments are going to be, the sad part is that there will still be many people who will NOT turn to God, and NOT accept Jesus as Saviour and Lord.

The Seven Seal Judgments Ch.1

These first 7 judgments will more than likely happen during the first three and half years of the Tribulation. Here are the Scripture verses and description of each of the judgments.

The First Seal Judgment

Rev. 6:1-2 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. [2] And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Jesus is the Lamb, and the One who opens up the seals, which means that God is allowing the events to occur. The first seal judgment releases the Antichrist upon the Earth. The rider on the white horse is the Antichrist. He is given a crown to wear, meaning that God is allowing him to eventually rule most, if not all of the earth, for a specified period of time. He would NOT be able to come to this kind of power unless God would allow it. He is also riding a white horse. White represents the fact that he will initially rise to power on peace and diplomacy, and I think he imitates Christ. People will think he will have the answers to all of the world's problems. He appears as a good guy. But, he will show his true self as noted by the color of his horses. Even though he is riding on a white horse, his ultimate aim is to conquer and gain control of the entire world. He will waste no time in gaining control of his 10 nation confederacy, from which he will eventually rule, along with the rest of the nations of the world. It will most likely be at this time that Antichrist signs the peace treaty with Israel for a period of 7 years (Dan.9:27).

The Second Seal Judgment

Rev. 6:3-4 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. [4] And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
The second seal is again the Antichrist, but this time the color of his horse changes from white to red! The Antichrist starts to show the rest of the world his true beastlike and warlike nature. It states that he would take peace from the earth . Again, this will happen only because God allows it. The entire Earth will be in chaos with people killing one another. This is probably where Antichrist will break the peace treaty with Israel (Dan.9:27).

The Third Seal

Rev. 6:5-6 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. [6] And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
Remember, it is Jesus who is opening the seals. Antichrist now changes horses again, from red to black. The red horse represented war. The result of war is famine, disease and food shortages. This states people will work all day long just to get enough food for the day. It also says that the oil and wine are not to be harmed, which means that wealthy people will still have their abundant lifestyles, while ordinary people will basically live under slave labor conditions. Antichrist, has a pair of scales in his hand. I think these scales show that he has the authority to tip the scales in his favor. Government will keep on getting more and more corrupt. Living conditions will become unbearable for many people throughout the world once the Antichrist is able to adjust the scales to make all of this happen.

The Fourth Seal

Rev. 6:7-8 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. [8] And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. This is still the Antichrist. Power is given to him to kill a fourth of the Earth's population by sword, hunger, death and by the beasts of the Earth. One fourth of all the people living at this time are going to be killed by one of the four ways mentioned above. Antichrist will be responsible for arranging and setting up these events to occur in order for this many people to be killed. Again, see that this power is given to him. This means that God is allowing this to happen. This verse also says that Hell (Hades) follows death. Hades is the temporary place where nonbelievers go when they die to await judgment. Nonbelievers do not go to the Lake of Fire until after the Great White Throne Judgment (Rev.20:11-15). Hades (Hell) is their temporary place of torment until that happens. With Hades following after Death in this verse, it seems to be suggesting that the people being killed are nonbelievers, not Christians. This will be a mass killing of humans on a scale that the world has never seen before. This will be a world holocaust, not just a Jewish holocaust. I believe the beasts of the Earth could be other kings and rulers who will be joining forces with the Antichrist in setting up this mass slaughter of humans, as well as literal wild animals.

The Fifth Seal

Rev. 6:9-11 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: [10] And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? [11] And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
This next seal differs from the first four. Christians shall be under heavy persecution, this judgment deals with the cries of the martyrs who are now living in heaven with God. I think that the souls mentioned here are the Old Testament saints, as well as the souls of those who will be slain in the Great Tribulation Period. These souls are literally crying out to God asking Him when He is going to stop all of this persecution and bloodshed and avenge them for being killed. God tells them to wait just a little while longer until the number of their fellow servants still on Earth are martyred as they were. From this Passage, it is clear that these days are literally numbered by God, which we already know from previous verses. Once the 7 year Tribulation starts, it will run for a full 7 years. God is not going to move until these judgments run their course by the exact number of days as prophesied in Scripture. For God to allow this event with the martyrs crying out in Heaven for Him to do something, and to be one of the actual seal judgments, reveals just how bad the persecution is going to be on the Earth.

This Passage may also imply that we, who will already be in Heaven via the Rapture, may be allowed to watch all these events unfold from Heaven. I have often wondered about this possibility. I think God wants to show us what will happen to the Earth once He pulls back His restraining Hand and allows Satan and the Antichrist to wreak their havoc and destruction. With the main body of believers having already been raptured before all of these judgments start to happen, God is going to show all of us what will happen to our world when He is not a part of our lives and a part of our world. All atheists and nonbelievers who are living at this time shall wish they were never born after they see what will be coming once God removes His Church from the Earth. Atheists and the rest of the unbelieving world are going to find out the hard way that man does NOT have all of the answers to solve all the world's problems. Only God does.

The Sixth Seal

Rev. 6:12-17 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; [13] And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. [14] And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. [15] And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; [16] And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: [17] For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
In this sixth judgment God Himself takes direct action! With all of the killing at the hand of Antichrist, God bombards the Earth with a massive earthquake. This earthquake is so intense, that every mountain and every island is moved out of its place! I cannot even begin to imagine such a catastrophe. When the kings of the Earth see this event happen, they will KNOW that it is God! NO man could do this! All the rich, great, and mighty men, and all the kings of the Earth will hide themselves in caves and in the rocks of the mountains fearing that God will be coming after them next, praying that the mountains fall on them. What a SAD prayer meeting!

This is probably the start of the last half of the Great Tribulation. The Tribulation opens and closes with upheavals in nature: (1) The start of the Tribulation (see: Joel 2:30–31; Acts 2:20) and (2) the end of the Tribulation (see: Joel 3:9–17; Isa. 13:9–13; 34:1–4; Mat. 24:29).

In addition to the great earthquake, the sun will turn black and the moon will look like blood. This Passage also says that stars will fall to the Earth. Maybe a meteor activity. Do you realize the power of God? He is in TOTAL control of the entire Universe! With God turning the sun black and the moon into blood, He is making a very forceful statement to the rest of the world. He is showing His wrath by the sun turning black and He is showing, by the blood on the moon, that He shall extract His vengeance upon ALL of the evil people shortly, due to all of their atrocities they have just committed . . . especially against His own people.

God is furious and these evil people's days are numbered! God the Father is a God of maximum intensity. The Bible says that He is slow to anger. But the evil of the people in this day will cause Him to release His anger and wrath in a way that the world has never seen before and will never see again. I believe that the wrath He will manifest in this day will be greater than the wrath He manifested in the flood of Noah or the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. This shows how evil people will be during this time.
Chapter 7 is a Pause Between Judgments

The REASON for the interlude between the sixth and seventh seals is given to us in the first three verses of this chapter. Rev. 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. “After these thihgs” refers to the seal judgments of chapter 6. The winds of judgment are now to be held back until the 144,000 Jews are sealed, so they can be God’s missionaries during the Tribulation period. I believe they shall reach multitudes for Christ, for these Jews finally realize that Christ IS the Messiah, and will go all out for Him!

The judgments will continue AFTER the 144,000 are sealed, and the judgments will accomplish a purpose for God. It will cause multitudes to turn TO God in this period, and it will cause another multitude to turn AGAINST Him.

The Seventh Seal
Ch.2

This final seal judgment is another move from God. The 7th seal actually opens up the 7 Trumpet Judgments.

Rev. 8:1-6 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. [2] And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. [3] And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. [4] And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand. [5] And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake. [6] And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.
It is still Jesus the Lamb who is opening the seals (6:1). This dismal Passage starts by saying that there was total silence in Heaven for half an hour. The quiet before the next storm . . . like the quiet that sometimes precedes a storm or tornado. It ends with an angel throwing what a censer, which is filled with fire, to the Earth. When he does, the Earth is hit by thunderings, lightnings and another earthquake! There are 7 angels who are ready to sound what will be called the 7 Trumpet Judgments. God is now ready to release His wrath against all of these evil people, and still many of these people refuse to break and repent.

First Trumpet Judgment

Rev. 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
God will rain down hail and fire upon the Earth. This is a literal judgment upon plant life, the same as that the 7th plague of Egypt was literal (Ex. 9:18–26). There is a striking similarity between the plagues in Egypt and the trumpet judgments. Literally one third of the trees and grass will be burned up. Can you imagine this on a world wide scale?

The Second Trumpet

Rev. 8:8-9 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; [9] And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
The sea, which occupies most of the earth’s surface, is next to be affected. John does NOT say that a burning mountain was cast into the sea, but he indicates that a great mass as it were a great mountain. The mountain represents something as literal, possibly a meteor. When this literal mass falls into the literal sea, one-third becomes literal blood, and one-third of all the literal living creatures in the literal sea die a literal death. Nothing could be plainer than this. Also, one-third of the literal ships of all literal nations are literally destroyed. John makes it very clear. This is NOT symbolic. God continues His judgment against ALL the wicked people now living during this time.

The Third Trumpet

Rev. 8:10-11 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; [11] And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
This star is literal, probably a meteor containing poison which contaminates one-third of the earth’s fresh water supply.
One-third of all the rivers and springs are going to be highly contaminated to such a degree that it will kill many people.

The Fourth Trumpet

Rev. 8:12-13 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise. [13] And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!
The laws of nature are radically altered by these disturbances. God now strikes a third of the sun, a third of the moon and a third of the stars so they are darkened and thus give much less light to the Earth. This Passage ends giving a serious warning about the next 3 trumpet judgments getting ready to be released.

Fifth Trumpet

Rev. 9:1-12 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. [2] And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. [3] And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. [4] And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. [5] And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. [6] And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. [7] And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. [8] And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. [9] And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. [10] And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. [11] And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. [12] One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter. This is a different kind of star because it is called “him.” I think the star is Satan. (Isa.14:12; Luke 10:18; Rev. 12:7–9). He is given the key to the abyss, meaning that God permits him to do so. The abyss is a very literal place. The teaching of the Word of God is that Heaven is REAL and that Hell is equally as REAL. During the last part of the Great Tribulation, the key to the abyss is given to Satan, and he is given a freedom that he never had before. Out of abyss, like a great erupting volcano, will come smoke to cover the entire Earth. Out of the smoke came locusts, which are very unusual: 1. they eat no plants; 2. the locusts of the Earth have no king (Prov. 30:27); these locusts do have a king; 3. they are actual creatures resembling the animals named: lion, horse, scorpion, and man. This plague of locusts is as real as the plague of locusts in Egypt (Ex.10:12-20). These locusts sting like scorpions, and their objects are evil men. These locusts are only allowed to attack men who do not have God's seal on their foreheads. They are to torment for 5 months, but NOT kill. And in those days shall the men seek death, and shall not find it; and they shall earnestly desire to die, and death fleeth from them. This first WOE introduces to us the last half of the Great Tribulation Period, and it has a duration of 5 months. Clearly, the last two WOES will cover the remainder of that period. The warning here indicates that worse things are to follow, and the next trumpet reveals that this was not
just an idle warning.

The Sixth Trumpet

Rev. 9:13-21 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, [14] Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. [15] And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. [16] And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. [17] And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. [18] By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. [19] For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. [20] And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: [21] Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
The angels who are bound are evidently evil. Why would they be bound if they were not evil? Releasing them turns loose a flood tide of destruction on the Earth. They were bound away from the others because of the atrocity of their crime. Why were they bound at this particular location at the Euphrates River? The Garden of Eden was somewhere near. The sin of man began here. The first murder was committed here. The first war was fought here. Here was where the Flood began and spread over the Earth. Here is where the Tower of Babel was erected. Here was where were brought the Israelites of the Babylonian captivity. Babylon was the fountainhead of idolatry. And here is the final surge of sin on the Earth during the Great Tribulation Period.

The four angels were loosed, who had been prepared for this particular hour. This is literal. The very hour is marked out. At the blowing of the sixth trumpet, one-third of the population of the world will be removed. We have already seen one-fourth removed, and now a third is removed. Over one-half of the population of the Earth will be destroyed in the Great Tribulation Period. No wonder that the Lord Jesus said, “And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved …” (Mat. 24:22). The size of the army is incredible. 200 million. China and India and Japan could easily put that many in the field tomorrow. What is spoken of here in this passage is the wholesale invasion of the Earth by the demon world represented by the locusts. The world has never had a real world war in which EVERY nation was involved, but that will take place in the Great Tribulation. Are these 200 million human? It could be, but many commentators believe that this invasion is by the demon world, a further result of Satan’s opening the door of the abyss.

The three plagues mentioned here are literal plagues. The fire is literal, the smoke is literal, and the brimstone is literal. The same thing took place at the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. I believe this world during the Great Tribulation will actually be worse than Sodom and Gomorrah. People today widely accept homosexuality as honorable. That was the accepted life-style in Sodom and Gomorrah, but homosexuals went completely out of business. God put them out of business. God is NOT going to permit mankind to go into eternity as an unnatural creature!
The horses are NOT natural, and are able to kill with their mouths. Instead of hair for tails, they have serpents which are also used in destroying mankind. Even with all that has happened, people refuse to repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts, even though they KNOW it is God who is in control.
“Sorceries” is the Greek word pharmakeion, from which we get our English word pharmacy. Pharmacy means “drugs.” The Great Tribulation will be a time when the use of drugs will not be controlled. Drugs will play a large part in the lives of the unsaved and will serve several purposes: drugs will help them bear the pain of the judgments of the Great Tribulation. Drugs will also figure largely in the religion of that day. There will be a regular drug culture and drug religion in the days of the Great Tribulation. What we see today is tiny in comparison to what it will be then. People will resort to everything that will deaden the pain or lift them out of the trouble of that time. Drugs are used today in practically every modern cult which uses sex as a drawing card.

I believe that the Gospel will go out to every creature before the Rapture, and certainly each one shall hear it during the Great Tribulation, by the 144,000 Jews and angels (Rev. ch.7; 14:6). The moment that you reject the Gospel and shut your heart to God, you are wide open for the big lie when it comes (2 Thes. 2:10-12). So many today fall for everything that comes along. If you are not standing for the Word of God, you are easy prey for the cults.

REVELATION CHAPTER 10

Chapter 10 is a pause between the 6th and 7th trumpet judgments. Here, we have an interlude as three personalities are introduced. In this chapter the mighty angel is described, and in the first fourteen verses of chapter 11, the two witnesses are introduced, although they are not identified. The witnesses appear mid way during the Tribulation.

The Two Witnesses Ch.3
DURATION OF THE TWO WITNESSES

Rev. 11:3-6 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. [4] These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. [5] And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. [6] These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
There is a great deal of difference of opinion as to who the two witnesses are. The Bible does NOT say who they are. These two witnesses are lights in the powers of darkness. These men are given miraculous power to bring fire down from Heaven. They are filled with the Holy Spirit. Most feel that Elijah (1 K.18:38; 2 K. 1:10) is one. These two witnesses are immortal and immune to all attacks (11:5) until their mission is completed. These two witnesses are granted unlimited authority. They control rainfall on the Earth, and they are able to turn the water into blood. This really reminds us of both Elijah and Moses.

This Passage makes people think that Elijah, the man that stopped the rain, and Moses, the one who brought the plagues upon Egypt, will be the two. Good reasons! BUT, anything you say about these two witnesses is guess-work.

Other people think that the second witness will be Enoch. I have always thought this for the simple reason that only Enoch and Elijah never died but were raptured into Heaven (Gen. 5:24; 2 K.2:11). BUT . . . NO one really knows this for certain, least of all a nobody like me. Heb.9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: This is the reason that I ‘think’ the two witnesses are Enoch and Elijah.

Does it really matter to us WHO the two witnesses are?

The two witnesses are given power“ to smite the earth.” They are given the same power Christ will have when He returns (Rev. 19:15).
Rev. 11:7-10 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. [8] And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. [9] And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. [10] And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
The witnesses will finish their testimony. In the midst of the week, the Antichrist, who will be in control of the one-world government (Revived Roman Empire), shall overcome and destroy these two witnesses. At that time he will be permitted to do so because they have completed the mission that God has given them. This is just a temporary victory of darkness over light, evil over righteousness, and Satan over God, because God is going to let Satan go wild during this period. They are not given even a decent burial. This reveals the crude, cold unfeeling attitude of the last days. After Christ was crucified, even Pilate permitted His friends to take down the body and give Him a respectable burial, but not so with the two witnesses. All this shall be viewed by the entire world via television and internet. Satellite will carry the picture of these two men lying dead in the street where they were killed. People everywhere will be able to see these men for three and one-half days. The morbid curiosity of a godless society will enjoy the opportunity of looking at these dead bodies. This is a most terrible insult that a depraved world
could display upon the men who exposed them and their wicked ways. Maybe, to prevent the possibility of another empty tomb, there was no burial. They just leave the bodies there with the camera on them. I think all the television networks will have their cameras trained on these dead men. Three and one-half days they lie there. A day for each year they had witnessed.

There shall be a world-wide celebration at this time like the world has never known before. It will be a modern day idolatrous Christmas and black magic, voodoo Mardi Gras, all rolled together! The people of the world will be thrilled that the two witnesses are finally dead!
Rev. 11:11-12 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. [12] And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
These men WERE dead, BUT they do NOT stay dead! While the world is celebrating the death of the two witnesses and while the television cameras are focused upon them, they will stand on their feet. They are caught up into heaven. We see the resurrection of the two witnesses in verse 11; and their ascension in verse 12.
Rev.11:13-14 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. [14] The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
Over one-half the world’s population so far has been killed, now 7000 more are killed. The earthquake seems to be limited to Jerusalem, just as it was when Christ rose from the dead (Mat. 28:2), and His crucifixion (Mat. 27:51–52). This ends the second woe. The third woe will begin shortly, although not immediately.

The Bowl or Vial Judgments
Ch.4

The Bowl (or Vial)Judgments will be God's last and final attempt to try and get the hardened sinners to repent and turn to Him for eternal salvation. But, as with some of the last judgments, there are verses that once again tell us that people will still refuse to repent and turn to God.
The Seventh Trumpet and devastation. God is in control, and He unleashes His full wrath on the evil world that refuses to turn to Him (Rev. 9:20-21). When His wrath begins, there will be absolutely NO escape.

The “woes” are the worst part of the Tribulation Period. The first woe was in chapter 9, the “locusts from the abyss,” the second woe was the great earthquake in Jerusalem which killed 7000 more people on top of what had already been killed . . . over one-half of the world’s population. The third woe, I think extends throughout the pouring of the seven bowls of wrath. The only comfort for the Earth is that Satan’s time on Earth is brief . . . 42 months. With each judgment from the middle of the Tribulation Period, each will intensify and be worse than the one before.
Rev. 16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
The Lord Jesus Christ is still in full control! This is His judgment upon a Christ-rejecting world. The Father has committed ALL judgment into His Hands! Christ is the One who gives the command that sends out these seven angels with these final and horrifying judgments. NO more delays! NO more pauses! The time has come. He gives the order, and the seven angels do as they are told!
Rev.16:2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
These rotten sores are worse than leprosy or cancer. As man discovers a remedy for one disease, another that is worse appears. The first bowl of wrath compares to the sixth plague in Egypt and is the same type of sore or “boil” (Ex.9:8–12). It is interesting to know that Moses predicted coming judgment upon Israel similar to this, that has not as yet been fulfilled (Deut. 28:15), and cannot be healed (Deut. 28:27).

POURING OUT OF THE SECOND BOWL or Vial

Rev. 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
As the 7th Seal Judgment announced the Trumpet Judgments, so it is that the 7th Trumpet Judgment announces the Bowl Judgments. Remember that the Seals were bad, the Trumpets were worse, and now the Bowls will be horrific. Praise God! He removes us from Earth before the start of all these horrors!
Rev. 11:15-19 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. [16] And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, [17] Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. [18] And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. [19] And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
The seventh trumpet sounds, which announces the arrival of the King. There is now no turning back. The coming “Bowl Judgments” will NOT be partial, as were the others, but complete in their destruction living soul died in the sea. This plague is more severe than that of the second trumpet, where only one-third of the sea became blood. Here it is ALL the sea, and the blood is that of a dead man! The first plague in Egypt was the turning of the waters of the Nile River into blood (Ex.7:20–25). There is a striking similarity here. Do any of us realize how much we depend on God? Has God ever sent you a bill for the sunshine, for the water you drink, for the air you breathe? Have you paid Him? He has not sent His bill, and you would NOT be able to pay it if He did. God, who has always been so gracious to a Christ-rejecting world, will at last judge ALL the Earth.

POURING OUT OF THE THIRD BOWL or VIAL

Rev. 16:4-7 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood. [5] And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. [6] For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. [7] And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
This plague is similar to the third trumpet, but more severe. There, only one-third of the fresh water was affected, and here ALL fresh water of the Earth will be cut off. This would be destruction of human life on an unparalleled plane. “The angel of the waters” is in charge of God’s water department here on Earth. This reveals another ministry of angels as it affects creation. They are in charge of many different physical departments of the universe. We have seen four angels who control the winds. This angel, who knows the Truth, declares that God is right and holy in this act of judgment.

The Fourth Bowl or VIAL

Rev. 16:8-9 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. [9] And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
In this judgment, God literally turns up the heat! Our Lord Jesus predicted signs in the sun during the Great Tribulation (Luke 21:25), and the Old Testament had a lot to say about judgment during the Great Tribulation Period due to the excessive heat of the sun (Deut. 32:24; Isa. 24:6; 42:25; Mal. 4:1). In spite of all that has happened, instead of turning to God for mercy, they blaspheme His Name (9:20; 16:11). This reveals that the human heart is incurably wicked. No amount of punishment will purify it and change it. The Great Tribulation is NOT for the purification of the church, as some think. Nowhere is it stated that the saints are being purified by the Great Tribulation. Rather, it is a judgment upon the wicked of the Earth.

POURING OUT OF THE FIFTH BOWL or VIAL

Rev. 16:10-11 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, [11] And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
“The throne of the wild beast” makes it clear that the first Beast of chapter 13 is a man. He also represents a kingdom, for you cannot have a king without a kingdom. “His kingdom was full of darkness” indicates a strange, frightening darkness. As the sun’s heat is increased, it grows darker instead of lighter. The heat will be greater, but the light will be less. This will be similar to the darkness of Egypt during the ninth plague (Ex.10:21–22). The Old Testament prophets had a much to say about this coming darkness: (Isa. 60:2; Joel 2:1–2, 31). Nahum, Amos and Zephaniah also mention it. And our Lord Himself confirmed it when He said, “But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light” (Mark 13:24). “They gnawed their tongues from their pain.” Just think of the intensity of the suffering that is caused by these bowl judgments! But these people do NOT turn from their wickedness. There are two obvious facts to this point: (1) God is righteous in pouring out the bowls of wrath. Let’s remember that. Jesus is the Judge, and He is in charge of the punishment. (2) Mankind is not led to repentance through this suffering. Even with the righteous judgment of God, man’s heart is still hard as a rock . . . instead of repenting and getting on their knees and asking God for His forgiveness.

The Sixth Bowl or VIAL

Rev. 16:12-14 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. [13] And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. [14] For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. In this next judgment, two things will happen. The first thing is that the Euphrates river dries up so as to prepare the way for the kings of the east to come for the last and final battle on planet Earth . . . the battle of Armageddon. The kings of the east are China and several other Asian nations. The second thing is that three demons, who proceed out of the mouths of the Devil, the Antichrist and False Prophet, are allowed by God to go out to all of the kings of the Earth to bring them to the battle of Armageddon. This is sheep being led to the slaughter!
The Euphrates River, miraculously dried up, erases the border between East and West, so that the kings might come to the Battle of Armageddon. After the Euphrates River is gone, great hordes in the East that have never moved west will come in a great crusade to Palestine. Most of the world population is in the East, and they have only a slight knowledge of the Gospel, so they will choose Antichrist. The picture is frightful.
Can you doubt, with hundreds of millions pouring into Palestine, that the blood will be as deep as the horses’ bridles? (14:20).

The Seventh Bowl or Vial

Rev. 16:17-21 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. [18] And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. [19] And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. [20] And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. [21] And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
This is the last and final judgment in the Tribulation Period. Early on in this verse the words, "it is done," are shouted out. God saves what may be the worst for last. In this judgment, again, there are two things that happen:
#1 is that the greatest and most severe earthquake that has ever hit our planet will strike! And then to top that,
#2 a hailstorm like no one has ever seen before . . . huge hailstones weighing 100-125 pounds each will be fall on this Earth! This earthquake is so tremendous, that every island flees away and the mountains are no longer found. The Bible states that cities of the nations fell, but it doesn't specifically tell us which cities these are going to be, perhaps this might be world-wide, I don’t know. But, this earthquake is going to literally wipe out entire cities! The city of Babylon is apparently one of the cities that will be completely destroyed by this monstrous earthquake.

The great city that is divided into three parts is probably Jerusalem. The voice from the temple of Heaven shouting "it is done" is probably God the Father. His Son Jesus said "it is finished" (John 19:30) right before He died on the cross. Now God the Father (or Jesus) is going to say the same words as His last and final judgment is thrown onto this Earth. After this last judgment passes, the only thing now left is for all the kings of the earth to march towards the battle of Armageddon.

The Seal Judgments, Trumpet Judgments, Bowl or Vial Judgments and Woes mark the deepest darkness and the most painful intensity of the Great Tribulation Period. They are generally associated with the last three and one-half years of the Seventieth Week of Daniel, which is the Great Tribulation Period. These will be the blackest days in human history. If you haven’t accepted Christ as your personal Saviour and Lord, please don’t wait any longer. He could come in the clouds at the Rapture at any time according to Scriptures (1 Thes. 4:13-18). You do NOT want to be left behind to face the horrors of the Great Tribulation Period. The "bombshells" that God will throw at the wicked will be so supernatural, that these people will KNOW, without any shadow of a doubt, that it really is God doing all of this . . . but some verses will tell you that these people are still blaspheming God and still refusing to repent. These events really do show us how hardened some people can really become towards God and there is nothing that even God Himself can do make these people have a change of heart without breaking the free will that He has given to each and everyone of us. These judgments are severe and extreme. In the Great Tribulation, God releases His anger and His wrath with full force on this world that has now become extremely wicked and evil.

God is actually a God of love (John 3:15-18; 1 John 4:7-11). He wants NO one to go through the Tribulation Period and certainly does NOT want you to go to Hell, BUT without Jesus, that is exactly what shall happen to you. Open your heart’s door to Jesus today and Heaven is yours!!!

The Second Woe . . . The Great Earthquake

After the two witnesses are killed and 3 1/2 days later they are resurrected and ascend into Heaven, a great earthquake comes in that same hour! A tenth of Jerusalem fell, and 7000 men were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were afraid, and gave glory to the God of Heaven. Finally we have some people that give glory to God! Over one-half the world’s population has already been killed up to this point. The 7000 is added to those already slain. (Rev.11:13-14). God uses earthquakes as judgments several times in the Tribulation Period (Rev. 6:12; 8:5; 11:13; 11:19; 16:18).

The Bowl or Vial Judgments

The First Bowl or Vial Judgment . . . Agonizing sores on ALL who had accepted the mark of the Beast (Rev.16:2)
Second Bowl or Vial Judgment . . . ALL salt water turns to blood; ALL life in the seas die (Rev.16:3)

The World’s Response to God’s Judgments

As I consider the events that have happened just in this year so far, it absolutely amazes me that people are so thick-headed and cannot SEE God working! The amount of tornadoes in 2008 so far have broken all records to date. The stupid news media keep saying “Mother Nature” is behind it all. It floods in one region, with drought in another. It is NOT Mother Nature! It is God who is doing this, because He is NOT happy with the United States! He is sending out warning signs all over the world and NO one is listening to Him!

Immorality keeps getting worse and worse! Sex offenders violating tiny babies! Rape, incest, pornography, prostitution. Homosexuals, lesbians! Homosexuality is a SIN!!! That is why God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah! Living together without the benefit of marriage is a SIN! Yet these “alternative lifestyles” are being accepted by even “professing” Evangelicals.
          Abortion is murder! Yet these innocent little babies (PEOPLE) are being killed by some of the most hideous methods imaginable! Get on the internet and see for yourself! It makes me sick!
          Violence keeps getting worse and worse! Much of this is due to the rapid increase and seemingly unstoppable usage of drugs. Alcohol is also becoming a very serious problem with young kids because the parents have it in the homes and don’t seem to care if the kids drink or not.
          God is NOT at all happy with the direction in which the USA is traveling, nor the majority of the world for that matter. God’s main characteristic is LOVE. He loves us. BUT, IF we continue on a path of destruction at the rate we are going, His Holy and righteous wrath will soon take over! He will take just so much and then comes judgment. It happened with the people in Noah’s time. God brought the Flood to wipe out the wickedness.
Gen.6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (2 Pet.2:5) Gen. 6:13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. (Gen.7:21-23)

God also brought judgment down on the angels that sinned. 2 Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; (Jude 6).

And God utterly destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of their immoral, unnatural homosexual practices.
2 Peter 2:6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

WHY WOULD HE SPARE YOU??

If God spared not the angels that did sin,
But cast them to Hades; all chained within.
Reserved in the darkness; judgment to wait,
Why would He spare you? for His Son you do hate.

If God spared not the old world, way back then,

Woe to all those who reject the love of the Truth,
for they chose sinful pleasure instead.

When the Rapture takes place, a selected “few” (Mat.7:13-14) shall be taken, but MOST are left behind. The unsaved people left behind will have yet one more chance at eternal life in Heaven because of the love and mercy of God; but these people will have a rough row to hoe. 2 Thes. 2:10-12 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. [11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: [12] That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. These words are speaking to the people of the last church age (the Laodicean age) that will end with the Rapture. I believe this is the church age in which we are now. These verses give a very stern warning to people. It demonstrates that the unrighteousness and evil, which is in these people, and/or is embraced by them, shall deceive them. Sin deceives. Because people will not receive God’s Word, Jesus or the love of the Truth, they cannot be saved. This grave warning goes out to ALL those that won’t accept and believe God’s Word.

This extreme warning from God is to those that choose to reject Jesus, because they have pleasure in doing wickedness.
For this reason, when the Antichrist comes, God Himself will influence them. They will believe the lie of the Antichrist to be the truth, and the Truth of God’s Word they will believe to be a lie. WHY does God do this? He is fed up with their hard heads and hard hearts. He is extremely patient with us (Gen.6:3; Pro.29:1;Rom.15:5). But He will get angry when people refuse His love and mercy and His Son. He then will “give them up” (Rom.1:24,26,28) or give up on them! When He does, they all shall be damned and perish in Hell for eternity.
          It is bad here on Earth now, but it shall be much worse in the Tribulation Period. Love will be hard to find! Hate will be everywhere. People will betray each other. Brother shall turn against brother; father against his son; children against their parents. No one will be able to be trusted.
          People will hate any and all who turn to Jesus. There will be persecution and martyrdom for anyone who stands up for Jesus. Religious deception of all sorts will abound. During the Tribulation, many people will turn to deceitful spirits and doctrines of devils (1 Tim.4:1). People will worship devils and will not repent of such evil. Witchcraft in various forms, shall prosper. Demon activity will be abundant.
          I do not know what else to tell about you how dreadful this 70th week of Daniel will be. If you have not believed God and accepted His Son as your Saviour and Lord, please do not wait any longer. Mat.25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. NO one knows when Jesus will come back to rescue the church. I absolutely believe the church (born again Christians) will NOT go through the Tribulation.

ETERNAL LIFE IN HEAVEN . . . HOW???

John 3:14-15 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: [15] That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
There are two things that we need to understand. #1 A person MUST be born again into the family of God (John 1:12-13; 3:3-9). #2 The Son of Man MUST be lifted up. They are very much related. It takes the death of Christ on the cross AND His resurrection. He MUST be lifted up. ONLY because He has been lifted up, ONLY because He bore OUR penalty on the cross, can the Spirit of God regenerate us. We MUST be born again. That is the ONLY way God will receive us.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
The reason for all of this is that God so LOVED the world. God does NOT save the world by love, which is an error in thinking. This does NOT say that God’s love saved the world, because His love could never save a sinner. God does not save by love, He saves by GRACE!
Eph. 2:8–9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. God so LOVED the world, that He GAVE His only begotten Son that WHOSOEVER (you, and me) believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. We MUST believe in Christ. We MUST trust Him as the One who paid the penalty for our sins on the cross. This is a very personal thing. Each of us MUST believe that He died in our place. You MUST believe that He died for you.

John 3:17-18 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. [18] He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
When Jesus came the first time, He came NOT as a Judge. He came as the Saviour of the world. He says that God did NOT send Him into the world to condemn the world, but that the world (IF they are willing) through Him might be saved. Whosoever does NOT believe in Him is condemned. IF you do NOT believe, you are already condemned. WHY? Because “he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” That wonderful Name is Jesus! His Name is Jesus because He is the Saviour of the world. Whosoever will BELIEVE in faith, in that Name is no longer under condemnation but hath (HAS) everlasting life NOW (see John 5:24; 6:47,54).

In Christ there is NO condemnation. Those who are NOT in Christ are ALREADY condemned. Millions today, worldwide cannot agree to this FACT! There was a program on TV the other night where people stated that “ALL religions lead to Heaven.” I believe the Bible! And that is NOT what the Bible states. Most people feel that the Bible’s Way to Heaven (salvation) is far too narrow (Mat.7:13-14). Yes! That road is indeed narrow . . . BUT it is wide enough for the whole world IF they choose to walk on it!

The world is lost, condemned by God. You and I live in a lost world, and we do not have to wait until the final judgment to see that we are lost. We are already condemned when we stay the devil’s child (1 John 3:10; Eph.2:1-9). The Gospel tells us that a pardon is offered to us, to the whole world! Question? Will you accept that pardon? How wonderful this is. Only the Gospel saves those who are lost, who are condemned.

John 3:19-21 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. [20] For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. [21] But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
The day that the world crucified Christ on the cross; they made a decision, which shall be judged by God. The condemnation (judgment to Hell) is that Light (Jesus) is come into the world, but people loved the darkness of sin and wickedness. Rats run to a dark corner when light enters a room, like people with their sin.

Our Lord Jesus approaches many things from the negative side. “For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.” Today, we hear so much on the power of positive thinking. But there is great power in negative thinking and negative speaking. “… I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance” and “… the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many” (Mark 2:17; 10:45). Anyone who makes a habit of doing wrong hates the light. Wrong and darkness are always opposite of light and truth.

1 John 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
If you have trusted Christ as your Savior, the Holy Spirit dwells within you (John 14:17,23; Rom.5:5; 8:9; 1 Cor.3:16), and He testifies that these things are true. IF a person does NOT believe God, they are calling Him a “liar.” God tells us: “Trust Christ, and I’ll save you.” If you tell yourself: “I don’t need Christ to be saved,” you are calling God a liar. I wouldn’t do that if I were you. It only leads to a disastrous, agonizing Hell! Only Jesus can give you eternal life in Heaven, no matter what anyone else says.

1 John 5:11-12 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. [12] He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
What does it mean to be saved? “He that hath the Son hath life.” Do you have Christ? Is He your Saviour? Do you really trust Him to take you to Heaven? To be saved means you trust Christ, and it means you have Christ as your Saviour. “He that hath the Son hath life.” He’s our Lifesaver. He’s our Lifeline. He’s our only Hope. We are completely lost without Him, headed for the Lake of Fire with the rest of the devil’s children. Only Jesus can give you eternal life in Heaven.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Jesus is NOT just a Person who shows the way, He IS the WAY! No church or ritual can bring you to God. Only Christ can bring you to God. He is the Way! You either have Christ or you don’t! You either you trust Him or you don’t. Jesus doesn’t just tell you the Truth, He is the Truth! Jesus not only tells you how to get eternal life, He is the life! “No man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Jesus is the ONLY Way to God and God is in Heaven. Are you going there?

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
The angel said: “… thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins” (Mat.1:21). He is the Saviour. Jesus is His Name! There is NO other name under Heaven that can save you. The law can’t save you. Religion can’t save you. Rituals can’t save you. Baptism can’t save you. Only Jesus can save you. Jesus is the One who came to Earth to save His people from their sins. When a person comes to Jesus in FAITH, that person is saved.

I’d rather be God’s doorman, for eternity,
Than spend one horrid hour, in Hell’s dark agony.
I’d rather be a poor man, and be God’s friend,
Than be a rich man in Hell, where screaming ne’er ends.

I’d rather serve my Master, what e’er His demands,
Than to be locked in Hell, ne’er to see Heaven’s land.

I'd rather serve my Master, and be at His Feet,
Than be a rich man, being served dainties so sweet.
We all have decisions, in this life to decide,
Will we serve the Lord in Heaven? . . . .or in Hell reside?

I'd rather be a poor man, and the Lord believe,
Than be a rich man, and the devil's lies receive.
Many choices stand before us, as this life we live,
It depends what we choose, on what place the Lord gives.

I'd rather follow Jesus, on the path of light,
Than traipse after Satan, on broad roads black as night.
The Lord will guide us, on those narrow roads so strait,
To keep following satan, you decide your own fate.

I'd rather love the Lord, and be the Father's child,
Than to listen to Satan, and from Heaven be exiled.
When you choose the devil, and all his wicked ways,
You'll spend eternity in Hell, all of your days.

I'd rather obey God, and always do His will,
Than allow Satan, worldly desires to instill.
There are only two places, in eternity,
The Lake of Fire, OR Heaven's amazing beauty.

I'd rather be a fool, in this world's evil eyes,
Than be an unbeliever, who my God denies.
Choosing another god, is the wrong way to go,
It will lead just to Hell, and eternal sorrow.

I'd rather go to Heaven, and live with the Lord,
Spending ev'n one hour in Hell, I cannot afford.
Lord, help me always to choose, Your will and right paths,
