SERVANTS' MINISTRY, Inc.
Welcome to our website
The Pentecostals teach that a TRUE believer can LOSE salvation. This has been a cause for great worry by believers for a long time. I do not think that the average Christian is not sure what to think about the Charismatic Movement. Are they saved or not? Many Charismatics are forceful witnesses for their religion. BUT . . . something is wrong with their doctrine . . . VERY WRONG! The Jehovah's Witnesses are also forceful in spreading their doctrines; yet they serve Satan by spreading damnable heresies (2 Pet.2:1). Just because Pentecostals are aggressive to spread their doctrines does NOT mean that they are of God. Charismatics PERVERT the Gospel of Jesus Christ by ADDING holy living as a requirement to keep one's salvation. This is NOT what the Bible states, for that is absolute self-righteousness, and lack of faith in Christ Jesus. http://hisservants.org/books_eternal_security_OSAS.html
What Does the BIBLE
Say About Self-righteousness?
John 3:15-18 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (KJV)
John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (KJV) http://www.godcannotlie.org/john_commentary_ch3.html
John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (KJV) http://www.godcannotlie.org/john_commentary_ch5.html
Romans 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. (KJV)
Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: (KJV)
Romans 3:26-28 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. (KJV)
Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. (KJV)
Romans 4:24-25 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; 25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. (KJV) http://www.godcannotlie.org/book_of_romans_ch.4.htm
Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: (KJV)
Romans 5:9-10 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. (KJV)
Romans 5:18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. (KJV) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . http://www.godcannotlie.org/book_of_romans_ch.5.htm
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (KJV) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . http://www.godcannotlie.org/book_of_romans_ch.6.htm
Romans 9:30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith. (KJV)
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (KJV)
Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. (KJV) http://www.godcannotlie.org/book_of_galatians_ch2.htm.htm
Galatians 3:11-14But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. (KJV) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . http://www.godcannotlie.org/book_of_galatians_ch3.htm.htm
Ephesians 2:8-10 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (KJV) http://www.godcannotlie.org/eph_ch2.htm
Philippians 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: (KJV)
James 2:23-26 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? 26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. (KJV) http://www.godcannotlie.org/james_commentary_ch2.htm
Anyone who adds holy living to what Jesus did for us in salvation, is preaching another Gospel (2 Cor.11:4; Gal.1:6-7). BEWARE! Jesus paid it ALL! Salvation is Jesus plus NOTHING! Period!
